Over 25 years professional experience directing non-profit agencies and directing corporate HR departments. Bob is HRMC's President, directs the HRMC Corporate offices in Longmont, CO, and often serves as a senior project consultant.

Carl conducts all OSHA training and compliance activities, First Aid training, DOT Training and compliance and management related training. Rick Stewart:    Rick directs the Corporate Ethics Division of HRMC and provides business ethics workshops, develops programs and conducts corporate audits related to ethical practices in the workplace.  Rick holds a MBA and a BS in Finance and Marketing.  Rick serves as a Guest Lecturer on Business Ethics and teaches "Community and Leadership" for the Presidents Leadership Class at the University of Colorado.  He was a commissioned officer in the US Navy where he was appointed as the US Navy member of the Governing Board of Directors, Joint Conference on Professional Ethics for the Department of Defense.
